Thai Papaya Recipe Ingredients
* 2 cups shredded green papaya
* 1/2 cup shredded carrot
* 1/2 cup sting bean (cut into 1"long)
* 2 tablespoons fish sauce
* 1 1/2 tablespoons palm sugar
* 3 tablespoons lime juice
* 1/2 cup tomato (wedged)
* 1/3 cup dried shrimps
* 1/4 cup peanuts
* 10 green chilies
* 5 cloves fresh garlic
Note : regular sugar can be used instead of palm sugar

Thai Papaya Food Preparations
1. Use motar and prestle to crush the chilli and garlic, add shrimps, continue crushing.
2. Add sugar, continue beating with the prestle, then add the papaya, carrot, sting bean, fish sauce, lime juice, tomato, and peanuts. Continue beating until all ingredients mixed well.
3. Finally, season with sugar, fish sauce, or lime. The original taste this dish should be the balance taste between sweet, (pepper) hot, salty, and sour.
4. Serve with vegetables (e.g. cabbage, string bean, napa, etc.). Thai people love to eat Sticky Rice with Papaya Salad. In this case, sticky rice can be served together with finished Papaya Salad.

Thai one dish recipes Khao-Neua-Ob
Khao-Neua-Ob
Rice-Toppd with beef
500g beef fillet
5 cloves garlic,peeled
1/4 cup light soy sauce
300 g young tops chinese kale,vegetable oil
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon white peppercorns
1-2 sticks cinnamon
Wash the beef well, then cut lengthwise into desired pieces-not
too small.
2.In a mortar,finely poundly together the garlics and peppercorns,
then mix with the beeves.Add the light soy sauce,Dark soy sauce and oyster
sauce.Let to marinate for 30 minutes.
3.Heat the oil in a frying pan just to cover the beeves,using a moderate heat
Deep-fry until the beevesare golden-cooked on both sides.Add water to cover the beeves.
Simmer over a lovw heat until tender.Put in the cinnamons:continue to simmer
until the liquid is almost dried. remove from the heat.
4.Rinse well the kales, then saute with garlics until briefly-cooked. Rmove from the heat .Dish up and set aside
5.Spoon the cooked rice onto the serving plates.Arrange the beeves on tops, then follow with the kales.Dine with fish sauce
mixed with sliced small hot chillies.

Thai Pork Omelet
Thai Pork Omelet
Ingredients used to make. Pork omelet
- Eggs, 2 eggs.
- Onion, chopped 1 / 2 balls.
- 250 g minced pork.
- Tomato, chopped 1 ball.
- Fish sauce 1 tbsp.
- In white soy sauce 1 tbsp.
- Oil 1 / 2 cup.
- Coriander (I sprinkle the eggs).
Procedures and how to do it. Thai Pork omelet
1. Break eggs into bowl and beat to combine, then add onions, pork, fish sauce and soy sauce Stir until homogeneous.
2. Heat oil in wok over medium heat. Wait until oil is hot. Then add the eggs to fill up the pan. Wait until they turn golden, about 2 minutes per side until cooked eggs, and took up so well.
3. The hot rice on a plate. Spoon the fried pork omelette done. Place on steamed rice sprinkled with cilantro, beautifully decorated. Server software with chili sauce, pepper sauce or to taste.
